Our Story

At Lupo Rosso, every 12-inch gourmet pizza begins with a legacy—over 200 years of Neapolitan tradition, preserved with passion and precision. We are one of the few pizzerias committed to the authentic methods set by the original Pizzaiolos of Naples, crafting our dough in-house daily with imported Italian flour and naturally leavening it over 72 hours for perfect texture and flavor. Our tomato sauce, made fresh each day from a blend of two hand-selected tomato varieties, delivers a signature sweet-savory balance found only at Lupo Rosso. Finished with the finest ingredients by seasoned chefs, each pizza we serve is a tribute to craftsmanship, quality, and true Neapolitan heritage.  

We use the finest organic ingredients and cheeses available, including our homemade vegan cheese, to serve you the best possible pizza anywhere regardless of dietary preferences.
